Shipping and Handling
Generally most items ordered are shipped same day if received by 2 PM EST.

Shipping and handling charges are determined on what you order and the method
of shipping you select. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with a product return.
Damages are the
responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is released from
Youseeitnow. The customer must make damage claims as soon as detected.
Damages claims must be made to the carrier within 3 days of receipt. Please
contact Youseeitnow.com by email for guidance in this matter if you believe your
product, or its malfunction has been caused from mishandling during the shipping
process. Save all
boxes and packing material.

UPS Next Day Air
You will receive a UPS tracking number from UPS by e-mail when they process your shipment. Note: Choosing UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air may result in repackaging your product from manufactures packaging because of dimensional weight and shipping method. If for ANY reason we can not ship UPS we will use our default shipping method, USPS. At all times we will try to maintain the level of service paid for if shipping methods are changed for any reasons.

All merchandise is brand new and factory fresh.
We inspect and test your products before shipping to prevent shipping defective
merchandise that may get by manufacturing testing procedures.
Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities.
We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Method of Payment
Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express credit cards are processed
thru PayPal web except system. We will ship only to your credit card billing
address, no exceptions.
If you choose to pay by Check or Money Order we will ship to any
address you choose in the USA. If you are paying by check we cannot ship your
order until your check clears the bank, usually 5 business.
NO C.O.D. orders.
There is NO SALES TAX on orders shipped outside Michigan.
If your purchases are subject to sales tax in another state it will be your
responsibility to remit to that state.
Michigan residents subject to a 6.00% sales tax.
Legal Status of Products
By
placing an order, the Buyer represents that he or she is of legal age and agrees
to use the product only in a lawful manner.
We
assume no liability associated with any product usage. The buyer is liable and
responsible for any and all loss, damage or expenses of any kind, arising from the use
or misuse of any of these products.

Return Policy
ALL SALES are final. We are not in the business of try it to see if
you like it. No test driving on electronics. What you see is what you get. We inspect and test all products for
manufacture defects you order before shipping. We are committed to bringing you low prices and
returns raise prices for everyone. If you should have any problem with any
product covered by manufactures warranty, you should contact the respective
manufacture. If you need technical information or other help, contact

Any request to return any product must meet certain conditions with prior
approval from Youseeitnow.com with a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns
will not be excepted with out Youseeitnow.com's prior approve and returned at
senders expense. Any customer refusing to accept a package(s) once shipped is
responsible for shipping and restocking fees.
